Delivery and Haul Off Bauer Furniture strives to provide same-day or next-day delivery. Local delivery, assembly, and haul-off are free, and our team will assist with setting up your furniture. For customers located further away, a modest gas fee may apply.
Pricing and Payments All prices shown online and in-store are listed in USD and are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust prices as needed. Payment is required at the time of purchase using approved payment methods. Third-party financing may be available upon application approval. Layaway is available in-store for up to six months. Cancelled layaway orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Product Details and Availability We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images; however, we cannot guarantee that all product information, including colors and dimensions, is without error. Product availability may change without notice, and not all items shown are available for purchase.
Return and Exchange Policy All eligible merchandise must be in the same condition as received to qualify for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return, including cases where the item is not in proper condition, has been in the customer’s possession for more than five days, or shows evidence of fraud. Returns may be subject to delivery fees and a minimum 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for any delivery fees incurred during the return process.
Damaged merchandise can be refused upon delivery. If damage is found, we will contact you to schedule a new delivery. Returns for damaged merchandise cannot be processed after the item has been in the customer’s possession for more than two days. For defective merchandise, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty or contact us for assistance.
Special orders, sale items, mattresses, bedding, pillows, box springs, adjustable bases, foundations, and bed frames are not eligible for return.
Special Orders Special orders include items that are not in stock or not displayed in the store. We reserve the right to accept or decline any special order. A 50% deposit is required when placing the order, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
Delivery dates provided by the manufacturer may vary. Bauer Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, manufacturers, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you once your order arrives in our warehouse.
Cancellations made after shipment will incur a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the product’s retail value; heavily customized items may be subject to fees of up to 50%.
Warranty and Liability Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Bauer Furniture does not offer additional warranties unless explicitly stated. Bauer Furniture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty, customers may be responsible for the cost of parts, shipping, and labor. When the manufacturer does not cover labor, we can provide repair services at a rate of $75 per hour. Bauer Furniture does not assume liability or admit fault when assisting customers with repairs or warranty claims.
